The firm works in the field of intellectual property: copyright, trademarks and designs, as well as other matters directly related to intellectual property such as unfair competition, image rights, and Internet law.

The firm proposes services including legal advice (consultations, anteriority searches, filing, etc.), negotiation and the drafting of contracts (assignment, license, coexistence, partnership, distribution, etc).

It also assists and represents its clients’ interests in litigation, in elaborating legal strategies (infringement, degeneration, cancellation proceedings, counterfeit seizures, etc.), as well as INPI and OHIM opposition proceedings.
